The service required is for a single provider to clean the external fabric of buildings at Ayrshire College's Ayr and Kilwinning Campuses using appropriate methods to avoid damage to building fabric, finishes, fixtures, or adjacent areas. The contractor will agreed an initial programme to clean all buildings and thereafter the service provision will be on an as required basis.

Renewal: The contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
