The existing dock gates have come to the end of their serviceable life and require to be replaced. The dock gates were installed in 2004 are created the marina area with a maintained water level. The current dock gates will have to be removed and replaced with new. The works will include temporary works to create a dry working area and to sustain the water levels within the marina.
