The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - Brickwork/ Blockwork repairs - Slab/ paving works - Concrete grounds work - Tarmac works - Street furniture installation (bollards etc) - Minor Drainage improvements The work may entail a package of work, or just individual repair work. The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the M3NHF Schedule of Rates [Version 8] (attached as Appendix F). RCH require a 24 hour, 7 days a week, service. Only bidders who have this capacity should submit a bid.

The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - Brickwork/ Blockwork repairs - Slab/ paving works - Concrete grounds work - Tarmac works - Street furniture installation (bollards etc) - Minor Drainage improvements The work may entail a package of work, or just individual repair work. The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against the M3NHF Schedule of Rates [Version 8] (attached as Appendix F). RCH require a 24 hour, 7 days a week, service. Only bidders who have this capacity should submit a bid. 'Before and after' photos of all works, no matter what the size, must be provided by the successful company to allow for record keeping. The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. RCH may elect to extend any subsequent agreement for an additional two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder. The preferred bidder will require to integrate with RCH's new Repairs System, ROCC. This will be discussed and supported by RCH following contract award.
