River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to enable removal of the existing traction lift equipment and facilitate the supply, delivery, install, test and commission of 1 MRL lift at the property of Stewart House, 35 West Stewart Street, Greenock PA15 1YB A detailed specification is provided at Appendix F. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. Prior to submitting a tender response, bidders must undertake a site visit. This can be arranged by contacting RCH's Facilities Co-Ordinator: Email Martin.Mullan@riverclydehomes.org.uk Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation. It is a prerequisite that any company who wishes to be considered for the contract hold current membership of the Lift & Escalator Industry Association.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
