Submission of the Tender documentation must be via Public Contracts Scotland's electronic tendering system www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk and be submitted no later than 12 noon Thursday 25th June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. We strongly advise that you attempt to submit your electronic response at least 24 hours before the deadline in case of technical uploading difficulties. The Association cannot assist you with this matter and PCS customer services cannot help you once the deadline has passed.
