Council employees with Civil and Structural, Mechanical and Electrical, Architectural and Building Standards roles have access to CIS to provide a collection of current full text documents essential for compliance with the UK legal and regulatory framework and supporting guidance from key publishers. Allium UK Holding Ltd are the incumbent supplier and are already in the process of carrying out services for the Council. Therefore, this contract is required to formalise existing arrangements.
