Scotland Excel is seeking to replace a national education MIS solution that is provided to all of Scotland's 32 local authorities. The procurement is for a complex solution that will need to satisfy the Education Regulations and requirements of Scottish Education. Scotland Excel is acting as the PROCUREMENT ADVISOR to 32 local authorities. Interested parties are invited to provide links to demos of their solutions (YOUTUBE etc), these links will be shared with the local authorities for the purpose of informing stakeholders of the potential functionality available to them.
