The actual scope of the works will vary from property to property but may comprise the following: Roofing Works; Internal Rot Works; Render; Major Plastering Works; Cavity Extraction; Joist Renewal; Facias & Soffits Repair; Floorboard Renewal; External Wall Insulation; Joinery Works; Solar PV; Electrical Works

River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide multi-disciplinary works to a number of River Clyde Homes 'un-lettable' properties housing stock residing within Inverclyde. Circa 70 properties require to be re-furbished to a lettable standard. These properties require significant works not just minor repairs. The actual scope of the works will vary from property to property but may comprise the following: Roofing Works; Internal Rot Works; Render; Major Plastering Works; Cavity Extraction; Joist Renewal; Facias & Soffits Repair; Floorboard Renewal; External Wall Insulation; Joinery Works; Solar PV; Electrical Works The basis of payment for the works will be a % adjustment against an abridged version of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates (attached as Appendix F). The successful company will require to survey each individual property and provide an itemised quotation for the works correlated to their submitted Schedule of Rates offer. It is estimated that the contract value will potentially be up to 1.5m GBP The preferred bidder will require to integrate with RCH's new Repairs System, ROCC. This will be discussed and supported by RCH following contract award. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
