This Invitation to Tender is for the provision of Landscape Oversight Services involved in the on-going supervision and management of existing maintenance contracts. The purpose of the contract is to appoint a professional consultant to provide independent management, supervision and review of landscaping maintenance services across the estate. The role does not include delivery of landscaping works but focuses on monitoring contractor performance, reviewing specifications and service levels, advising on improvements, and ensuring compliance with contractual, health & safety and environmental requirements. The consultant will liaise with appointed maintenance contractors and the managing agent and undertake regular inspections and reporting. It is envisaged that the contract will start in September 2026 for a period of 36 months..
