The University of Edinburgh has appointed a supplier to supply and install furniture for the major capital project (Phase 2 Evolution House only) at Edinburgh College of Art (chairs, desks, storage). In order to achieve best value for the University, the project was procured via the APUC FFE1017-AP Sustainable Furniture framework.

The University of Edinburgh has appointed a supplier to supply and install furniture for the major capital project at Edinburgh College of Art (Phase 2 Evolution House only, lot 1 chairs). In order to achieve best value for the University, the project was procured via the APUC FFE1017-AP Sustainable Furniture framework. Total contract length: 24 months (2 years) Contract start date 3 June 2026 Contract end date 2 June 2028 Any built-in/optional extensions: 12 months (1 year)

Options: The contract period is 2 years, with the option to extend for an additional 1 year at the sole discretion of the University. Pricing remains fixed for a period of 2 years from the date of contract award, or until the final phase of installation is complete--whichever is later--to allow the University to purchase any or all of the awarded items as required during this period, either as part of a project phase or on an ad hoc basis (with no minimum order quantities required).
