In order to achieve best value for the University, the project was procured via the APUC FFE1017-AP Sustainable Furniture framework. Total contract length: 24 months (2 years) Contract start date 3 June 2026 Contract end date 2 June 2028 Any built-in/optional extensions: 12 months (1 year)

Options: The contract period is 2 years, with the option to extend for an additional 1 year at the sole discretion of the University.
