These accredited behaviour change programmes and the victim support service requires the local authority, as the employer, to provide staff with access to independent counselling to help manage the risk of any vicarious trauma they might experience as a result of undertaking this kind of work. The Service The Service Provider will: * Deliver individual in person counselling sessions that will reflect on the individual's personal safety plan * Deliver up to 3/4 sessions per year to the identified staff group, amounting in total to 60 - 70 sessions in the year.
