Renfrewshire Council has awarded a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary consultant team to develop detailed proposals for two business units as part of wider enhancements within Houston Court precinct at Johnstone Town Centre. This award will involve development of proposals from RIBA 2 (Concept) to RIBA 4 (Technical Design)and the oversight and delivery of the business units and associated public realm at Houston Court.

Renfrewshire Council have appointed a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary consultant team to develop detailed proposals for two business units as part of wider enhancements within Houston Court precinct at Johnstone Town Centre. This will involve development of proposals from RIBA 2 (Concept) to RIBA 4 (Technical Design). The new business units and associated service area will form a key element of wider public realm enhancements being developed at Houston Court. This includes demolition of a long term vacant foodstore and the creation of a new 'green' link between the two Civic Squares within the town centre, providing for reconfigured parking and public spaces, planting and drainage. Additionally, the Council have appointed the successful consultant team to support the oversight and delivery of the business units and associated public realm at Houston Court.
