This procurement procedure is for the appointment of an experience Contractor to carry out a Contractor to carry out a planned programme of In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment within the Councils public buildings.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts(Scotland)Regulations2015
Renewal: This Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the Council having at its sole discretion, the option to extend the contract for additional periods up to a maximum contract period of 5 years. The length of any extension periods applied will be 12 months on 2 separate occasions
