Invitation to tender for the Supply, Servicing and Maintenance of Automotive Cleaning Equipment to North East Scotland College. The contract has been classified as a Services Contract as its principal purpose is the ongoing servicing, replenishment, maintenance and waste management of automotive cleaning equipment across College sites. Any equipment provided forms an ancillary component of the overall service requirement and does not represent the primary object of the contract.

Renewal: The College reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to two further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and continued College requirement. The College shall activate these extensions by notification in writing to the Contract holder.
