Forth Green Freeport (FGF) is required to submit annual greenhouse gas (carbon) emissions reporting to Scottish Government by 31 January the following year. The reporting requirements are aligned with the carbon management process set out in PAS 2080:2023, Carbon Management in Buildings and Infrastructure, and support delivery of the FGF Decarbonisation Plan. FGF is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to: 1. Prepare the 2027 Decarbonisation Report for submission to Scottish Government by 31 January 2027; and 2. Develop a robust, transparent and repeatable methodology, including associated tools, templates and guidance, enabling FGF to undertake future annual decarbonisation reporting internally. The appointment is intended not only to deliver the 2027 reporting requirements, but also to establish a scalable and future-proofed reporting framework capable of accommodating varying levels of data maturity across existing landowners, seed-funded projects and future investors.
