Service Requirement The Council is seeking to understand the market's ability to deliver a fully managed service for adult social care assessments and reviews. The service may include, but is not limited to: Completion of adult social care assessments and reviews. Review and updating of support plans where required. Case screening and prioritisation. Allocation of cases to suitably qualified social workers. Direct day-to-day management of the social work workforce. Full quality assurance of all completed work prior to submission to the Council. Integration with Council systems, processes, templates and expectations. Weekly performance reporting and management information. Regular operational and contract review meetings. Escalation and management of risks, issues and delays. Support with continuous improvement, learning and feedback.. Quality assurance will be a key requirement of any future service.
