Hillcrest will shortly be issuing a Playground Refurbishment tender. We are looking for an experience and suitably resourced contractor, whom will work alongside our existing architects AECOM, to tender for this contract. We anticipate the tender documents will be available on PCS mid-September. There is an existing playpark within the Hillcrest estate in Niddrie. We are in the process of carrying out a tenant engagement exercise which will feed into the design for a new play park with new equipment, surfacing, seats etc. AECOM Architects will assist in the management of this project.
