The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is: - to advise the market that the City of Edinburgh Council (the Council), intend to tender a contract for a Welcome Centre for People who are Rough Sleeping in Edinburgh (the Service) - to assess the current Service Provider market, by seeking notes of interest from suitably qualified organisations operating in the Edinburgh area, that have the expertise, capability and capacity to deliver the Service. Further details relating to the requirement are provided within the attached PIN Brief.. If you wish to note interest in this contract opportunity, please indicate so on Public Contract Scotland and complete the attached PIN questionnaire and email it to claudine.persaud@edinburgh.gov.uk by 12 noon on Thursday 27 August 2026. Please note that completed PIN Questionnaires received after 12 noon on Thursday 27 August 2026 may not be considered.
