Lot Information
Lot 1
Two roof locations (Kirkhill Primary School and OLM Primary School) have been identified as being most in need of renewal. The works will be prioritised with Kirkhill started first, followed by OLM, to maximise the opportunity presented by the forthcoming summer recess period. The objective is to ensure that the works are delivered to the same specification as Kirkhill Phase 1, which was completed in January 2026. This approach maintains continuity of warranty, finish, and long-term maintenance arrangements. To achieve this, the works will be directly awarded to a contractor appointed under the Renfrewshire Framework who is approved to install the specified Bauder roofing system. The objective is to utilise the available budget by completing all remaining roofs at Kirkhill, if affordable all roofs at OLM, and in the event of sufficient surplus budget at further locations.. Direct award via Renfrewshire Framework Agreement for the Provision of Trades Contractors 2025 - 2029. Contract Reference: RC-CPU-24-163 Lot 8 Flat Roofing
