East Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified research consultant to to undertake a comprehensive review of Housing Services and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), including: Strategic service performance and capacity HRA sustainability and long-term financial planning Repairs, voids and DLO delivery model Factoring, stores and materials management Sheltered housing provision Benchmarking against peer local authorities The contract period is for 16 weeks.
