Notice Description
The Supplier shall provide a complete mechanical and electrical design and erection service for the Technology Testing Hub. This shall include detailed design development, procurement, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of all required building services, including mechanical systems, electrical distribution, lighting, small power, life safety, communications, security and associated controls. The Supplier shall ensure the works are fully coordinated with the building design, compliant with all relevant statutory and technical standards, and delivered with all required certification, as-installed information and operation and maintenance documentation.
