Have Your Say Social Services Wellbeing Research and Report
Notice Description
To commission a research organisation to work in partnership with SSSC to deliver the annual 'Have Your Say' social service research (specifically a workforce survey and focus groups) and produce a report which will be published on our website.
Lot Information
Lot 1
We seek to identify suitably experienced research organisations capable of designing, hosting and administering the survey, and taking responsibility for the secure collection, management and analysis of survey data. Sophisticated routing/skip logic will be required to make sure the survey is equally accessible and relevant to all roles on our Register. The survey methodology should support and encourage participation from both registered and non-registered members of the social service workforce. Focus groups will be designed by the supplier with support from SSSC and should reflect the needs of distinct segments of the workforce including social workers, social care workers and children and young people's workers. We require the supplier to produce the 'Have Your Say' report, incorporating feedback from us at key stages.. Further details are within the attached document. This notice is to gauge interest and potentially facilitate further market engagement only.
