Lot Information

Lot 1

It was identified that the Scotland Excel Framework Agreement, Demolition and Deconstruction Works, reference 1323 ("Framework"), was best suited for this Contract. This Framework has a lot specific to Demolition and Deconstruction Works between 101,000GBP - 500,000GBP: Lot 2. This procurement exercise was conducted as a Mini-Competition and was conducted in accordance with the conditions set out in the Framework Contract and the Renfrewshire Council Standing Orders Relating to Contracts. The mini competition tender was issued on 08 June 2026 to the thirteen suppliers appointed to Lot 2 of the Framework. By the closing date set for return of electronic tender submissions, 12 noon on 24 June 2026, five suppliers had submitted a response. The five supplier tender submissions were each evaluated against the Award Criteria of 40% Quality and 60% Price. This is assessed at Framework Level.
