It is Cadder HA's intention to enter a contract with one contractor to deliver their programme of electrical inspections (EICR's) for a three year period.

The contractor will be required to provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report for each property visited. AM/PM appointment slots must be provided to the tenants. All works to be in accordance with the current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract may be extended for a further period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance.
