The London Borough of Enfield (the 'contracting authority') is inviting suitably qualified providers to participate in the procurement process for setting up a lotted multiple supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of its 16+ Supported Accommodation Services. The aim of the 16+ Supported Accommodation Services is to provide supported accommodation that promote independence and preparation for adulthood for 16-17-year-old children in care and 18-25-year-old care leavers. The Service is divided into 13 (thirteen) Lots. Successful participants will be able to participate in providing more than one Lot, as appropriate. However, only up to two bidders will be appointed under the two Block Booking Lots. Bidders may apply for and participate in the provision of more than one Lot of the rest of the Lots, subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement. However, only up to 25 Bidders will be appointed under these Lots. From those applying for Block Booking Lots, only those ranked up to two will be awarded the Framework Agreements. The proposed Framework Agreement is for an initial term of 3 years. The contracting authority, at its absolute sole discretion, may exercise an option to extend the Framework Agreement at the end of the initial term for a further one (1) year period subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement and satisfactory performance of the framework providers. The estimated total contract value for the thirteen (13) Lots, plus any required additional support hours, is approximately 28,000,000.00 GBP over the 4 years period (including optional extension). ***Please note this is no longer a contract opportunity and the contract has been awarded in line with the PSR*** The London Borough of Enfield (the contracting authority) is the northern most London borough with a population of some 330,000 of whom approximately 40,000 smoke. As part of its ongoing work to improve the health of the population the contracting authority is inviting offers to appoint a Stop Smoking Service (SSS) provider for its first-generation contract. The provider will be expected to provide a borough-wide service which will include targeting high smoking prevalence communities including by ethnicity and those with Serious Mental Illnesses (SMI). The service will be expected to comply with existing good practice as outlined by such as the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training. This opportunity will be undertaken using the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, via the Competitive Process. The duration of the service commencement of the contract will be just over 4 years (January 2025 - 31st March 2029) with a contract commencement date of December 2024. The contracting authority reserves the absolute right to extend this contract a further 12-month period, however this is subject to further funding availability, contractor performance and at the full discretion of the contracting authority, and subject to a lawful termination in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is now the proud owner of two of the venues based on the park: The Lee Valley VeloPark and The Lee Valley Hockey andTennis Centre. LVRPA owns an area of land that currently has around 36,000m2 of resin bonded ‘Gold Top’ surfacing. Much of the resin bonded surface is now showing signs of deterioration and requires stripping up and replacing. The substrate is mainly concrete laid to falls and the areas generally drain into Acco drainage channels. There are some additional areas of resin bound surfaces, but these are fairly small in terms of square metreage. The resin bound areas are porous and generally drain through holes drilled through the substrate into the ground below. [...]

Provision of Mpls Wide Area Network Upgrade

The Authority currently uses a MPLS WAN made up of fibre circuits (see Mpls Locations below) with varying bandwidths, ranging from 10Mbps to 1000Mbps on varying bearers. We require a /29 subnet at each site.The devices and systems within the internal LAN are a culmination of switches, computers, AP’s, Servers and some small scale CCTV systems. The number of devices connected will vary depending on the size of the site. The Head Office at Myddelton House will have the most with approx. 300 devices connected. Our current handoff is Ethernet. The Authority currently has an on-premise server estate spread across two locations (data centre and at Head Office). As part of this tender we want to move to a fully virtualised environment as this will provide improved resilience and reliability.We are now looking for a turnkey solution for a new secure Wide Area Network with and virtualising our server estate onto a hosted cloud platform.
