The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking responses to a questionnaire and inviting providers to an online Market Engagement Event. This is to support the procurement of a Prevention Service for Adults over the age of 65. The online event will be held via TEAMS on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 from 2-3pm. The Authority is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver the provision of shared lives scheme for adults. The service shall provide a Service for a Provision of Shared Lives to adults who need long term support to match them with a carefully approved Carer. The carer shares their home, family and community life and provide care and support to the person with care needs. Shared Lives Carers can also offer day respite arrangements. The Provider shall work flexibly to ensure service users’ needs and choices are respected and promoted. Shared Lives Carers will be recruited, trained and approved by the provider of the Shared Lives Service. The provider will have a regular panel that recruits, trains, vets and tracks progress of potential future carers to match them with people’s needs. The care and support provided by the carers will be in accordance with the persons support plan. People are supported to become as resilient and independent as possible, and to have equal life opportunities. The service will be provided by Shared Lives Carers 7 days a week and be supportive where necessary during the night and deliver the support over 365 days per year. The London Borough of Redbridge ("the Council") are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the maintenance and repair of their Fire and Security assets for the Council's corporate properties which range from buildings such as offices, schools, children's centres and a small number of depots. Contract delivery will include but will not be limited to planned preventative maintenance and reactive works of the following equipment: Automatic Door Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting.
