The overarching aim of this project is to support the OEP in developing an independent view of the effectiveness of three regulations relating to agricultural diffuse pollution, namely: Reduction and Prevention of Agricultural Diffuse Pollution (England) Regulations 2018, commonly known as the Farming Rules for Water (FRfW); Nitrate Pollutions Prevention Regulations 2015; and Storing Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oils (England) Regulations 2010. Worcester City Council is seeking a play provider to design, install and construct a 'Play on the Way' scheme just off Cotswold Way, Worcester. This is part of a wider 'Worcester City Play Plan' which has been implemented by the city council. The existing open space area is adjacent to residential housing and leading to Cranham Primary school. There would be 7 play stations which would be located close to an existing footpath on site to create a 'Play on the Way' concept. This project is for the delivery of stations 1-6 inclusive and station 7 would be a future separate phase 2 project for a pump track or similar youth provision (yet to be approved by Committee). Following a measured term under the direction of Worcester City Council this contract involves undertaking, routine maintenance and minor works to the Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Fire Extinguishers and Gas Suppression Systems in Worcester City Council properties.
