Fendall Street project is located at the existing garages on St Saviours Estate (just off Fendall Street). The scheme will deliver a total of 16 units and has an estimated and will provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats for Social Rent in a five storey block. The development will be integrated within the existing estate opposite St Vincent House and will deliver landscaping improvements.
