SLaM 78 Lewisham Park Patient/Visitor Toilet Refurbishment Works - ST23 - P015
Notice Description
The works will see the refurbishment of two existing visitor toilets (both within the occupied rear extension building) to create new fully anti-ligature compliant toilets for patient use, one of which will be DDA/Part M compliant. Works include but are not limited to: * Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes * Supply and installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fittings and controls * All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings * Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract * All associated commissioning and NHS water hygiene works as specified on completion
