Notice Description

We require a hosted case management system suitable for drugs and alcohol treatment with a proven track record of working effectively across a number of organisations to operate record and support client data throughout the Bristol treatment system. This case management system will allow practitioners to record details of their work with substance misuse clients and share this information securely with other providers and commissioners. The software will also collate provider performance information for commissioners, and facilitates the reporting of all required data to Public Health England etc. Our existing system currently hold records of around 20,500 clients and the software is used by up to 450 workers across 30 teams including drug and alcohol treatment and support agencies; young peoples' substance misuse services, hate crime project, residential rehab, and hospital based services. As our contract with the current provider is expiring we are undertaking a competitive tendering process to ensure that we are compliant with procurement legislation and have the best available software solution to meet our needs.
