A Fostering Recruitment Hub, hosted by Rochdale MBC, began operations in June 2024 to receive and respond to all enquiries about fostering. A Digital Marketing Campaign is required to increase the number of enquiries and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System is used to store, track and manage those enquiries.
