East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT) was required to tender for legal advisor services as part of the Trust's Building for Our Future Programme Services include the following: * Developing the Procurement and Contract Strategy; * Preparing for market; * Developing the Trust's Outline Business Case (OBC); * Advising on the procurement of the Design Team, Construction Contractor and wider professional team; * Advising on the suite of contractual documents for the development of the new Hospital; * Advising on procurement strategy for ongoing hard and soft facilities management (FM) and lifecycle; * Advising on equipment procurement strategy; and * Property and planning matters (ad-hoc support requirements).
