Demolition and site clearance of complex of traditional and prefabricated buildings with flat pitched roofs. Externally clad with stonework, brickwork and rendered panels. Include for demolishing and site clearing traditionally constructed outbuildings and modular buildings within site. Retain foundations and floor slabs. Backfill any basements and below ground external areas. Retain and strengthen external walls as boundary walls. Introduce palisade fencing and gates along some boundaries.
