Notice Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a good quality communal cleaning service including the cleaning of shared apartments and town houses which service key workers in the health care sector. PLEASE NOTE: THE OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AS A 2 YEAR CONTRACT HOWEVER THERE WILL BE AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR 3 YEARS FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 2 YEARS. Please also note: Value reflects a 2 year contract. Estimated annual spend is PS65k. We have based this figure on previous spend. The anticipated start of the contract is January 2024. Bidders are requested to register their interest to: procurement@rooftopgroup.org to ensure that any clarification questions or amendments can be shared will all interested parties. The deadline for online submissions is 12:00pm 30 November 2023. Submissions must be sent via email to tender@rooftopgroup.org Submissions received after this deadline may not be accepted.
