The PDR process must be completed on the anniversary of joining date or on the date of/following promotion and is in line with the College of Policing Professional Development Programme recommendations with the following key elements: * A behavioural competency framework - recommending that all forces use the Policing Professional Framework (PPF) * An element of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) * A method for confirming satisfactory performance on an annual basis * A method for managing Talent Management * A 360 degree appraisal system
