Notice Description

The existing HVAC system within the West Lancashire Investment Centre (a multi tenant office building in Skelmersdale Lancashire) is experiencing a number of issues across the majority of individual elements, which all require varying amounts of work. The works will involve the following: - Operational Review of all FCU'S on site with associated rectification works. - Operational review of all plant room valves with associated rectification works. - Water treatment to LPHW and CHW systems. - Pressure Testing of LPHW and CHW systems. - Installation of new commissioning valve sets on LPHW and CHW systems. - Commissioning and Testing Additional information: Tender Documents can be downloaded from the Chest portal at www.the-chest.org.uk
