*Ensure a tenant liaison contacts the tenants within a council property undertaking an induction to the works and supplying all necessary information and dates. *Visiting a specified property and measuring the existing windows. *Supply and delivery of windows meeting the minimum specification and style as stated on the task order and agreed with ERYC. *Removal of existing windows and disposal. *Installation of supplied windows as agreed. *Installation of lintel to openings as necessary. *All necessary making good around window opening as caused by the above works. *Provide completed Handover Inspection Record
