Surrey County Council, Highways and Transport Service, is seeking an experienced and UKPMS accredited contractor to provide Scanner surveys on our Principle (A Class), Non Principle (B & C Class) and important Unclassified Roads throughout the county in accordance with the "SCANNER surveys for Local Roads User Guide and Specification Volumes 4 & 5" and shall include the commissioning of a suitable Independent Auditor by the Contractor. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
