The University of Wolverhampton is entering into a five year contract to provide, integrate and support a software-only service management tool that will be used in the Directorate of Academic Support and Human Resources. The solution must be scalable as it may ultimately be used across the entire University Estate in areas such as Estates and Facilities and Finance, for example. Full specification was included as part of the tender process.
