Notice Description

The Customer Survey, which is being redesigned for 2015-18, allows HMRC to monitor customer experience and perceptions of dealing with HMRC. Covering tax agents, small businesses and individuals, the survey will provide robust data on HMRC's performance against a number of key customer experience measures and allow us to track changes in them over time. Additional information: This is an amendment to the existing HM Revenue & Customs Customer Survey 2015-18 contract, ref 1415CTS07, to include an additional Address Based Online Survey trial taking the total cost of the contract from PS1.2 to PS1.3 million.
