Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing wishes to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to carry out major void refurbishment works, to 12, Alan Road, Padstow, Cornwall PL28 8DS. This is a empty property, so access to view the property during the tender period needs to be through a pre-arranged visit with the client. Please request a visit, if required, via the Messaging facility. The intention is to award the works to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Quality and 40% Price.
