Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust have a requirement for Triple flange case note folders + 6 dividers printed black to both sides on 400gsm lilac. 6 part divider printed black to one side on 180gsm cream. Die cut and crease to shape cover and indexes. Include 2 flanges, plastic pocket and x3 mediclips.
