The work will capture key cost and operational drivers, including gas decline, load factors, gas quality, reinvestment needs and commercial arrangements. Outputs will include an Excel-based data workbook, validation log, technical report, and a presentation setting out the methodology, key findings, uncertainties and benchmarked cost evidence.
