Notice Description

The Works comprise adaptations work to privately-owned properties confined to the installations of new Level Access Showers in existing bathrooms. Most properties will be occupied during the progress of the Works. The Contractor shall be aware there is NO guarantee that any of the works included and / or priced in Section 4 of this Schedule of Rates with Approximate Quantities will be ordered at any point during the Contract Period.
