In 2016 Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust set out a fresh Improvement Strategy 'Making it Better' which brings together key strategic, front line and enabling workstreams. One of those workstreams is the Organisational Development Programme. A key component of this programme is to develop embedded collective leadership and through that to help nurture a high engagement, improvement and performance culture. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
