The Department for UK Export Finance (the "Customer"), has a requirement for the provision of "Independent Board Effectiveness Review" . The Secretary of State for the Department for International Trade (DIT) is the contracting authority responsible for the delivery of this requirement on behalf of the Customer. The redacted contract is provided with the award notice. In summary the requirement tendered for is to provide services of an external board effectiveness review in accordance with corporate governance in central government departments Code of Good Practice. The contract shall be for a period of 6 months, with the option to extend by 6 months. The requirement has an estimates total value of PS32,000 GBP
