The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the partial strip out and refurbishment of the communal areas within Adelphi House and the installation of an external fire escape and associated internal building/M&E works. The building is located at the following address: Adelphi House, University of Salford, The Crescent, Salford, M3 6EN Additional information: The lowest value has been declared at PS100,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
