Notice Description

The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase a microfabrication suite which will enable early career researchers to create micro devices, including microfluidic devices, sensors and actuators, energy harvesting devices, structured interfaces, by structuring/interfacing functional materials on a range of substrate (using e.g. lift-off). This tender has been divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - 1 x Mask Aligner Lot 2 - 1 x Spin coater + 1 Vacuum pump Lot 3 - 1 x Plasma cleaner/bonder + 1 high vacuum pump Lot 4 - 1 x Hot plate Lot 5 - 1 x Oven Lot 6 - 1 x Dessicator Lot 7 - 1 x Air Compressor Suppliers may bid on one, or more, of the lots. Within your response, please clearly label paperwork and pricing schedules with the relevant lot number. In order to express interest in this opportunity please go to the University of Warwick In-Tend supplier portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick).
