It is therefore critical that a highly resilient, secure, and robust hosting solution is in place to ensure maximum site availability and to reduce the risk of significant problems and costs for the Council. Most of the websites owned by Leicester City Council are built in ASP.NET using Umbraco: https://umbraco.com. There are also a small number of HTML based pages and website re-directs which require hosting.
