London Borough of Havering Door and Window Replacement Contract
Notice Description
The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via fixed cost, SOR and quotation based pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of five years (3 + 1 + 1). LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH will shortlist a maximum of 7 bidders to be Invited to Tender. The estimated value of the Contract is PS10,000,00.00; however the value could increase to a maximum of PS20,000,000.00 over its Term.
